A certified "Transcript of Marriage" can be obtained by applying in person or by mail. Please indicate the groom's last name, bride's maiden name and the date of marriage along with your return address and a fee of $10.00. Payment may be made in cash or by local check or money order made payable to Hempstead Town Clerk.
